Implement Tuple Class and Operations

Description

 
- Similar to an anonymous type, except type is known at design-time.
- Support up to five fields
- Appropriate overrides for ToString(), Equals(), and GetHashCode()

Won't implement. This feature will be supported natively in .NET 4.0, which is currently available as a CTP.
