Function pointer parameter parsing for Xml Doc Comments

Description

Modify Convert.ToXmlDocComments() to support member parameters that are function pointer types.

- Utilize C++ compiler to generate samples; desired parameter list output for void (*)(int) is (=FUNC:System.Void(System.Int32))

Can not implement due to limitations in the reflection API.
